I am often asked what approach I take in my practice. It is a fair question considering how much nutritional information and misinformation is available. So let me put your minds at ease. My approach is rather quite simple. It’s the Anti-Inflammatory Approach! Now just what does that mean?

Inflammation is a key contributor to such conditions as obesity, diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, Insulin Resistance, Multiple Sclerosis, Autoimmune and Neurodegenerative conditions. When we consume foods that lessen our body’s total inflammation load we are helping to protect against, reduce the severity of or eliminate certain conditions.
