Classic Meatloaf Makeover!


2 pounds of grass-fed ground beef

2 Tbsp Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning

4 Tbsp garlic powder

½ yellow onion

1 cup parsley

2 eggs

1 cup almond flour

Black Pepper

½ cup tomato sauce



In a food processor, combine the onion and parsley. Process until fine.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, seasonings, onion & parsley mix, almond flour, eggs and pepper.


I use my hands to mix the meatloaf, but just get it combined however works for you!


Smooth the mixture into a large loaf pan and bake at 380 for approximately an hour.


Pour the tomato sauce over the top of the meatloaf and then return to the oven 10 minutes.


Take out of the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing and serving.
